Fix it properly. Not six sessions from now.

Back, neck, shoulder and sciatica pain, treated hands-on by Kam Phull in Bexleyheath. One thorough session that finds the cause and works on it, rather than a block booking that works around it.

The approach

Most treatment is built
to bring you back.

Twenty minutes, a bit of massage, an exercise sheet, and a block of six booked before you leave. It eases things for a few days, then the same pain comes back. Phull Motion works the other way round.

The usual route

  • Short appointments with one eye on the clock
  • One technique per visit, spread out over weeks
  • Packages and block bookings sold up front
  • Treats where it hurts, not why it hurts

The Phull Motion way

  • A full assessment to find what is actually driving the pain
  • Several techniques combined in the same session
  • No packages, no pressure. The aim is the fewest sessions possible
  • Rehab and aftercare so the result holds
01

Assess

How it started, what makes it worse, what you have already tried. Then posture, movement and the joints and muscles around the pain, so the treatment goes at the cause.

02

Treat

Manipulation, deep tissue and myofascial release, blading, cupping, percussion and stretching, combined as your body needs, all in one visit.

03

Hold it

You leave with the rehab and aftercare that stops it coming straight back, and a straight answer on whether you need to come back at all.

Treatments

Six ways in.
One goal.

Not sure which one you need? Message Kam, describe the problem, and he will tell you honestly what will help.

Signature

Sciatica Relief

For nerve pain running from the lower back into the buttock and leg, whether it comes from a disc or from tight muscles pressing on the nerve. Treatment targets the lower back and the tissue around the nerve to take the pressure off.

Good forDisc bulges, piriformis syndrome, recurring sciatica

Posture Correction

Rounded shoulders, a forward head and a hunched upper back, worked on with myofascial and deep tissue release, stretching and joint manipulation. You see the difference standing up, and take home what keeps it.

Good forDesk workers, forward head posture, upper-back hunch
Maintenance

Precision Therapy

A shorter, focused session for stiffness, minor aches, or keeping on top of a body that works hard. Tell Kam what is bothering you, or let him find it.

Good forGeneral stiffness, minor niggles, staying ahead of pain

Blading (IASTM)

Instrument-assisted soft tissue work with a stainless steel RockBlade, in the Graston style. Firm strokes break down adhesions in muscle and fascia that hands alone cannot reach, freeing movement and getting blood moving through the area.

Good forStubborn tightness, scar tissue, tennis and golfer's elbow

Cupping Therapy

Controlled suction lifts and decompresses tight tissue rather than pressing into it. It feels like a pulling sensation, not pain, and is used to ease muscle tension and support recovery.

Good forBack and shoulder tension, training recovery

Rehab & Aftercare

The part that makes treatment last. Exercises chosen for your problem and your level, so the muscles that were not doing their job start doing it, and the pain does not walk straight back in.

Good forAfter treatment, after injury, long-standing problems

What Kam treats

Back, neck, shoulders and arms.

Phull Motion focuses on the upper body and the lower back, where most people carry their pain. Tap a condition to see how it is approached.

  • Stiffness when you get up, pain after sitting or lifting, or an ache that never quite leaves. Kam works through the lower back, the hips and the muscles that brace around them, and manipulates the joints that have stopped moving.

  • Pain, tingling or numbness travelling from the buttock down the leg. Not all sciatica has the same cause: a disc bulge and a tight piriformis need different work, which is why the assessment comes first.

  • A stiff neck that will not turn, tension headaches, or pain from hours at a screen. Upper back and neck manipulation, soft tissue release and posture work, together.

  • Pain reaching overhead, a shoulder that has lost range, or one that hurts to sleep on. Kam works the joint and every muscle that controls it, so the arm moves freely again.

  • Pain on the outside or inside of the elbow, usually from repeated gripping. Common in trades, barbers, gym-goers and anyone on a keyboard or mouse all day. Blading and soft tissue work take the load off the tendon.

  • Rounded shoulders, forward head posture and a stiff, hunched upper back. Often painless at first, then the source of neck and shoulder problems later. Posture correction gives a visible before and after.

  • Hips that pull on the lower back and limit how you move. Treated with floor-based stretching techniques, usually as part of lower back or sciatica work.

  • Upper body and back injuries from training, sport or a heavy session. The aim is to get you moving properly and back to training, without guessing.

Not treated: knees, ankles and feet. If your problem sits outside what Kam treats, he will tell you so before you book, not after.

Who comes here

People whose bodies do a job.

Whether you lift for fun, lift for work, or sit for ten hours a day, the pain usually comes from the same place: one pattern repeated until something gives.

Over the past couple of years I’d tried everything — physios, doctors and pain specialists — and spent a ridiculous amount of money on treatments and block bookings that only seemed to give short-term relief.

What I liked most was that it felt like a full treatment plan happening in one visit rather than stretching things out over weeks. Within a week I felt completely pain-free.

FAQ

Before you book.

How many sessions will I need?

As few as possible. Many clients feel a clear difference after the first session. Long-standing problems can need more, and if yours does, Kam will tell you why and roughly how many. You will never be asked to buy a package.

How do I book?

Message Kam on WhatsApp with a short description of the problem. He will reply with available times and confirm whether it is something he can help with.

Where are you based?

A private treatment room in Bexleyheath, DA7. The full address is sent when your booking is confirmed.

What should I wear?

Treatment is mostly on the upper body and back, so wear a vest or sports bra, or be comfortable with your shirt off. Comfortable trousers or shorts on the bottom.

Does it hurt?

Some techniques are firm, and Kam will always work to your tolerance. Joint manipulation can produce an audible click, which is normal. Cupping and blading can leave mild redness or marks that fade within a few days.

Do you treat knees, ankles or feet?

No. Phull Motion treats the back, neck, shoulders, arms and sciatica, with stretching for tight hips. For anything else, Kam will say so and point you elsewhere.

Should I see my GP instead?

Manual therapy is not a replacement for medical diagnosis. If you have back pain with numbness around the groin or buttocks, loss of bladder or bowel control, weakness in both legs, unexplained weight loss, fever, or pain after a serious fall or accident, call 111 or go to A&E straight away.
